Plan Info: Each plan is available in blacklines or reproducible vellums. Mirror reverse plans are available at no extra charge, however all text and dimensions will appear backwards. Square Footage: Heated square footage calculations are made from the outside of exterior frame walls (not including brick veneer), and do not include bonus rooms, garages, porches, cathedral or vaulted ceilings, etc. Interior stairs are counted only once. Foundation Options: All of our plans are drawn with crawl-space foundations. We can provide slab or basement foundation plans for an additional fee. Plan Updates: Periodically, we update and make changes to our plans based on customer requests and market changes. The plans presented in this publication may vary slightly due to updates.
